Why join the SCJDS?

 

Members of the SCJDS are entitled to a number of perks;

  • Heavily discounted or free tickets to the SCJDS events throughout the year including End of Term Drinks and The Christmas Party

  • Discounted tickets to the annual SCJDS ball

  • Access to the SCJDS Facebook Group to keep up to date with news and events of the SCHHS

  • Support from the executive committee in liaising with medical administration in regards to issues pertaining to rostering, PDL, annual leave, allocations or any other issues you have.

What does it cost?

 

Membership costs $7.00 per fortnight and is automatically deducted from your SCHHS employee salary once you join. Membership can be cancelled at any time by lodging an enquiry on streamline (so payroll has it in writing)

How do I join?

You must download and complete the below form and upload to myHR.


Steps:

  1. Download, print and complete the below form​

  2. Login to myHR on a Queensland Health or personal device

      - username is payroll number without the zeroes at the start

  3. Dashboard

  4. Submit form

  5. Payroll deduction form

  6. Attach aforementioned form

  7. Once your form has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to

     your elected email address. Please contact one of our friendly Executive

     Members for your membership sticker.
